Student Council and the RHS community really showed up for our "Charge for Charity" week last week. These kids are nothing short of amazing and such great role models in their classrooms and in the world. Hundreds of dollars will be donated to Veterans Community Project and the RHS pantry. And, this morning, LifeScape picked up 30 personalized gifts for their residents and were so grateful for RHS' efforts. #WeAreRoosevelt #WeAreOne ❤️💛

Mr. Nordin's Sociology class invited SRO's Officer Ragland and Officer Bruxvoort to talk to them. They talked about their jobs, the reasons they decided to be police officers, the basics of the criminal justice system and the importance of keeping order in society. It was a great experience for all.

Today is a beautiful December day, but we know it can't last forever in South Dakota! Make sure you and your student(s) know how to access Canvas for remote learning when weather that keeps kids home can be predicted in advance.

Congratulations to Air Force JROTC Cadets of the Month! JROTC presented four cadets with Cadet of the Month certificates and swag bags! Two were CoM from October and two were from November 2023. These individuals have impressed us with their drive, dedication to AFJROTC, and marked improvement in their attitude and behavior. These four have really gone above and beyond our expectations! They have really started to show some leadership potential, and have embraced our mission of creating citizens of character.
